NOCI DOLCI O ZAUBER NUSSE

Lasciare riposare mezz'ora in frigo.

English

A few years ago my uncle gave me a plate to make cakes Tunisians.

ingredients:
500 g flour
1/2 tablespoon baking
200 g butter, softened
150 g icing sugar
3 eggs
With these doses produces about 80 nuts.

preparation:
Work the sugar with the butter, add the flour, eggs and flavorings.
Leave to stand for half an hour in the fridge.
Heat the mold on the stove over high heat, remove the mold from the oven and brush with melted butter cavities and the top of the mold. This operation must be repeated every time you put the dough into the cavities.
Put a small piece of dough about 5/6 grams within each stencil, to me before, I did a roll the size of a breadstick and I cut pieces of size slightly higher than that of a hazelnut, closing the mold and press 3-4 minutes on each side on low heat.
The exact time of cooking I do not know, I would say 5 minutes over medium heat, I advise you to open the mold every now and then to check the cooking.
[The plate can be found with a little 'luck in some country fair, a friend was able to find it, or you can use the plate for Waffel, they sell some with interchangeable molds similar to those of the nuts].
