Buon appetito :-D

3 eggs
50 g of butter (melted)
300 g chocolate into small pieces or drops
1/2 tablespoon baking
1/2 glass of Vin Santo or Marsala
Enough hot water to mix the dough
preparation:
Make a fountain with flour, sugar, baking powder, chocolate chips, vin santo, melted butter, eggs with an electric mixer and mix together.

[Tip: Put in a container of water and bathe a little 'hands, this will help you not have one pound of dough stuck to his hands.]

One or more baking trays to put the wax paper and make cakes high 2 or 3 cm wide 7-8 cm.

Bake in preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Remove the pan from the oven and with a knife cut the dough into strips with a width of up to 2 cm.
Spreading the nooks on the baking sheet and bake at 100 degrees for 15 minutes more or less doing so the cookies will dry up. (With the aid of a finger try to feel the texture of the center of a biscuit, it is quite dry are ready).
Remove from the oven, and Serve ... when they are cold, dip with your fingers in a glass of "vin santo", "marsala", "zibibbo", "moscato", "passito" or any other good Italian dessert wine.
